At RICK RACK Textiles, we want you to be inspired by every purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that cut-to-measure fabrics and patterns are final sale to ensure the quality and integrity of our inventory.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
