How do you handle fabric cutting for large orders?

All fabric is sold by the half-yard or meter. If you order multiple units of the same design, we will cut them as one continuous piece whenever possible.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate shipping across North America. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary based on the selected carrier.

Can I return fabric that has already been cut?

Because fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, we cannot accept returns on cut goods unless there is a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

Do you offer fabric swatches before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we offer small swatches for most of our permanent collections to help you match colors and feel the hand of the textile before purchasing.
